Meet Our Team of Early Childhood Educators

Our dedicated childcare professionals are passionate about early childhood education. Each educator is highly trained and committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel supported and empowered to explore and learn.

Ms. Mari Minasyan

Mari Minasyan has over 27 years experience working with children and in the childcare profession. She is Early Childhood Educator Certified, as well as having Special Needs and InfantToddler Certifications, in addition to her Montessori Diploma. Mari is also an instructor at Sprott Shaw College teaching basic Early Childhood Education. Mari Minasyan is an active member of the Armenian Relief Society. She also volunteers her time in the Armenian church, teaching the language to young children and assisting many newcomer families sponsored through the Armenian church.

Mari is fluent in English, Arabic, Armenian, Turkish. Mari was extensively involved in designing, furnishing, implementing policies and regulations for the facility at Rainbow’s Nest Child Care. Ms. Minasyan is quite adept at center Management, program planning, staffing schedules, administrative duties, ensuring the childcare facility adheres to licensing Regulations.

Ms. Sousan Kalousdian

Sousan has been working with children as a teacher since 1998. Originally from Syria and her
background is Armenian. She has been in Canada since 2016. She obtained her education ECE from
Rim pacific institution and Burnaby continuing Education, and international Montessori Teaching Diploma
from NAMC.
Sousan is a wife and mother of 3 children.
She has served on ARS as a member and an ARS Armenian Sunday school teacher, and she is an
active member of ARF youth organizations and the church.
She speaks English, Arabic, Turkish and Armenian.
Sousan loves to travel, swim, walk and enjoy the company of her friends. She loves to be creative and
explore art.
